Culinary aficionados Nelson Diorio, former proprietor of perennial favorite Chale Ipanema Restaurant of Hartford & Ben Minichino, former owner of Tri Food Sales Distributors are bringing their vision of Mediterranean ~ Brazilian fusion cuisine to downtown Waterbury. Together, Nelson and Ben have over sixty years experience in every aspect of the hospitality trade. Chef Nelson's expertly prepared dishes, originating from Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and beyond, are sure to delight the palettes of even the most sophisticated gourmands. "Churrasco," Brazilian barbeque, prepared in a genuine rotisserie grill from Brazil, will be featured in this truly "one of a kind" establishment.
